Outside of these two key elements, below is what we are currently doing to ensure we are still able to offer our clients a 10+ customer service experience while ensuring safety is a top priority for all. As we continue to learn and grow, it's likely we will make changes and add additional layers to the CRG Safety Protocol, yet we wanted to share with you what we are currently doing.
CRG SAFETY PROTOCOL
Due to the enhanced safety precautions and recommended social distancing, we are putting the following safety guidelines in place.
*HOME SELLING AND HOME BUYING CONSULTATIONS
We have been conducting virtual Home Selling and Home Buying Consultations to all of our clients that prefer this as opposed to an in-person consultation. With our state-of-the-art technology, we are able to perform these consultations in a way that accomplishes the same goals as if the consultations were in-person. We are also able to do virtual walk-throughs of an occupied listing using technology as well.
*OFFERS & NEGOTIATIONS
By utilizing screen share software and digital signature technology, we are also able to allow clients to seamlessly review and sign contracts and addendums from the comfort of their own home. This can be done on a computer, tablet or smartphone.
Many of our clients are preferring a virtual showing as opposed to an in-person showing. Using technology, our agents are able to easily show you an entire home as if you were there. We leave no area unviewed to ensure you are able to clearly identify if a property is the right property for you. All of our agents also wear gloves while showing properties, and in-person showings always maintain the six-foot rule for the safety of everyone.
All of our occupied listings have a three-hour daily showing window to make it easier for our home-selling clients to vacate the home, as well as to ensure they can efficiently keep their home sanitized. In addition to ensuring all buyer showings have a pre-approval letter or verification of cash funds, we are also asking every agent to complete a safety questionnaire on behalf of them and their clients that will be showing the home. Lastly, we provide gloves for all showing agents at each of our occupied properties, along with disinfectant cleaning wipes by client request.
Our agents will be hosting one-hour virtual open houses, and these open houses will be marketed in the same form and fashion as a traditional open house. Using technology, we will be able to provide a potential buyer a very similar experience similar to them actually being there. Only our agents will access the property, and they will be implementing a no-touch policy while also wearing gloves throughout their time within the property.
*OUR VENDORS AND PARTNERS
All of our vendors and partners are implementing similar protocols to ensure all our clients and our team stay safe. From offering virtual meetings and signings to using disinfectant products and wearing gloves, CRG and all of our vendors are a united front.
While we pride ourselves on ensuring our home buying and selling clients have the information they need to make a well-informed decision, our other priority is serving others through our non-profit, Cain Cares. Cain Cares was established in 2016 to ensure our past clients and their family have what they need in a severe time of need. Please call us if you believe Cain Cares can help you through these uncertain times or if you just need help in some way. We are here to serve.
We will continue to send consistent updates. We will all get through this together, as we are a united and resilient community. Stay blessed, stay safe, and remember, we are a phone call away if you need anything at all, real estate related or not.
