Cain Realty Group takes pride in serving our clients and community to the absolute best of our abilities and have taken the steps to heighten that level of service by forming Cain Cares.
What is Cain Cares?
Cain Cares is a non-profit organization, founded in 2016, by Ricky and KodiKay Cain. As owners of a successful real estate company, Cain Realty Group at Keller Williams Realty, Ricky and KodiKay wanted a way to assist their past clients, their direct family members and the community in times of severe need. This passion for wanting to give back and help those they've served led to the formation of Cain Cares.
History of Cain Cares
Cain Cares raises money by receiving donations for every successful Cain Realty Group home sale, with every donation being placed in the actual client's name. In addition to be funded through Cain Realty Group transactions, donations are also received from corporations and individuals, as well as through fundraising events and sponsorships.
The Cain Cares Promise
To assure that Cain Cares merits the respect and trust of the general public, and that donors and prospective donors can have full confidence in Cain Cares, it's our promise that all donors and potential donors will have these rights:

To be informed of the organization’s mission, of the way it intends to use donated resources, and of its capacity to use donations effectively for their intended purposes

To be informed of the identity of those serving on the organization’s governing board, and to expect the board to exercise prudent judgment in its stewardship responsibilities?

To be assured their donations will be used for the purposes for which they were given?

To be assured that information about their donations is handled with respect and with confidentiality to the extent provided by law?

To feel free to ask questions when making a donation and to receive prompt, truthful and forthright answers
Our Mission is simple. Cain Cares strives to help when help is needed most. A severe time of need or a sudden emergency can happen in a blink of an eye. We intend on being that helping hand when there are no other options.
