People choose to relocate to Leander because the city offers good quality of life, a great location, scenic landscapes, wildlife and waterways, climate, economic solid and government, excellent schools, and serves a growing number of medical centers. Chelsea Goyer, national head of brokerage at Opendoor, said that "it's no surprise to see Leander on our list again. Homeowners are interested in the city because of its proximity to Austin, the presence of the Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority's train stop, and more".
