Local Austin Realtor Tim Landy, Buyer Specialist at Cain Realty Group with Keller Williams Realty, has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR®) designation award by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC). REBAC is part of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® (NAR).

Tim is one of over 30,000 real estate professionals in North America to receive the ABR® designation. In order to receive these honors, Tim successfully completed a comprehensive buyer representation course as well as separate elective course which focused on a buyer representation specialty. Tim was also required to submit documentation verifying his professional experience.

REBAC was established in 1988 and currently has over 40,000 active international members. It is the largest association in the world of real estate professionals that focuses specifically on representing the real estate buyer.   NAR's "The Voice for Real Estate," is the largest international professional association.  The publication represents over 1,000,000 affiliates representing all aspects of the real estate industry.
