Client Relations Specialist
Our growing team is looking for an incredible Client Relations Specialist to run lead conversion in our real estate office. Do you strive for excellence? This position requires a well-organized, service-minded individual with good interpersonal skills. This person will be the first point of contact with potential clients, and will be actively working to convert massive amounts of leads into appointments through personalized follow-up. This position also requires strong time-management skills, as well as staying task focused in order to complete multiple projects while handling new leads and information requests from prospective clients.
Responsibilities include: Follow up with inquiries/leads quickly and efficiently, use effective communication and consistent, methodical phone calls and emails in order to set client consultations for the Lead Buyer Specialist, computer input and contact database management, keep Lead Buyer Agent up to date on prospect’s progress, follow up to confirm scheduled consultations on behalf of the Lead Buyers Agent, maintain ongoing lead management training, and data entry including inputting open house buyer contact information into database, assign a follow-up campaign and create property alerts for the lead. The position will also require a strong general knowledge of Austin, as well as neighborhoods, zip codes, counties, market inventory, and pocket listings.

Must be a high school graduate. Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a minimum 3 years professional experience in a customer service industry, a high level of computer literacy, and flexible schedule – in addition to weekday activity, must have occasional availability on weeknights and weekends to answer Internet inquiries/sign calls, etc.
