The Cain Team Awarded at Austin Keller Williams SWMC Awards Ceremony 2014

This Monday, Cain Realty Group attended the 2014 Keller Williams Awards Ceremony for the Southwest Market Center. The team brought home several different awards. This was the first year for Cain Realty Group to be recognized in the team category with two licensed agents from the 2013 calendar year. 

Cain Realty Group placed at the top for teams at the SWMC in several categories. Cain Realty Group was awarded third place for Top Listing Units Taken in the team division. The real estate team also placed second for both the Top Closed Units and Top Closed Volume divisions. 

Cain Realty Group also received the Platinum Medal Award status this past year. This is one of the highest medals that agents, teams and groups in Keller Williams can be awarded. 

Possibly the team's proudest honor from 2013 that Cain Realty Group was recognized for during the ceremony was being named the top JAMS contributor for the year. The Keller Williams SWMC JAMS fund relies on donations to support agents in need within a market center. These funds directly help other agents within the South Austin office. Cain Realty Group's own donations made approximately 50% of all contributions to the market center for 2013. 

During the ceremony, Ricky Cain also presented the 2013 Eagle Award. This award is the highest level of achievement a Keller Williams Real Estate Agent can reach, and represents an agent that best exemplifies the Keller Williams culture. Ricky was the 2012 recipient of the prestigious Eagle Award, and graciously presented to award to 2013 winner Ken Manceaux.

The Keller Williams Southwest Market Center awards ceremony took place at the Barton Creek Country Club on Monday, February 24th.
