The Cain Team a Semi-Finalist for Platinum Top 50

Ricky Cain with Cain Realty Group at Keller Williams Realty has been announced as a Semi-Finalist for the prestigious 2014 Platinum Top 50 in Austin. This annual awards program honors the top 50 real estate agents with outstanding achievements. These agents represent the region's most well-rounded Realtors in sales and closed production, industry participation, education and civic leadership.

The awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday, December 11th from 9-11 am at Shoal Crossing. 

This past week, Ricky also participated in a Platinum Top 50 Top Producer Panel. This sold-out panel featured local expert realtors answering questions on the industry. Topics discussed at the packed event included pricing, appraisals, branding and marketing as well as technology trends. The panel event was a great learning experience for everyone, and Ricky felt extremely honored to participate with his local knowledge and expertise of the Austin market.
