Austin, Texas has been ranked No. 4 on the list of cities that are thriving in the Information-Age. Many consider Austin the top competition for the Bay Area and Seatle in terms of information employment. Our cities has increased its information jobs by 30.8% since 2012. Being known for "keeping Austin weird" and our incredible climate, there is no surprise Austin topped this ranking.
