Pendings are up this week 23.94%
Solds are up 30.67%

As for Average Prices: (compared to the same week in 2012)
For September 1, 2013 - September 7, 2013
Sold average sales prices increased 11.51% to $308,321 from $276,507 in 2012.
Current pendings = 3,965 pending listings with an average list price of $282,670. One year ago there were 3,541 pending sales with an average list price of $260,761. This is almost a 12% increase in the number of pending sales with an 8.4% increase in average list price.
