Pendings are up this week 23.14%
Solds are up 11.46%

As for Average Prices: (compared to the same week in 2012)
For June 23, 2013 - June 29, 2013
Sold average sales prices decreased 2.50% to $297,279 from $304,892 in 2012.
Current pendings = 5,018 pending listings with an average list price of $290,334. That is a 18.88% increase in the number of pending listings and a 7.71% increase in the average price of these listings compared to the same week in 2012 (4,221 & $269,557).
