New listings are up this week 23.17%
Pendings are up this week 20.44%
Solds are up 12.89%
Solds are up 12.89%
As for Average Prices: (compared to the same week in 2012)
For June 23, 2013 - June 29, 2013
Sold average sales prices decreased 9.32% to $304,393 from $335,682 in 2012.
Current pendings = 5,068 pending listings with an average list price of $288,617. That is a 21.07% increase in the number of pending listings and a 7.80% increase in the average price of these listings compared to the same week in 2012 (4,186 & $267,725).
