Pendings are up this week 21.95%
Solds are up 43.49%

As for Average Prices: (compared to the same week in 2012)
For July 14, 2013 - July 20, 2013
Sold average sales prices decreased 6.20% to $313,044 from $294,759 in 2012.
Current pendings = 4,870 pending listings with an average list price of $282,089. That is a 18.06% increase in the number of pending listings and a 6.28% increase in the average price of these listings compared to the same week in 2012 (4,125 & $265,412).
