Pendings are up this week 12.09%
Solds are up 20.84%

As for Average Prices: (compared to the same week in 2012)
For August 18, 2013 - August 24, 2013
Sold average sales prices increased 2.97% to $290,250 from $281,882 in 2012.
Current pendings = 4,276 pending listings with an average list price of $284,702. One year ago we had 3,756 pending sales with an average list price of $259,071. That is almost a 14% increase in the number of pending sales with a 10% increase in average list price.
