Pendings are up this week 19.7%

As for Average Prices: (compared to the same week in 2012)
For August 11, 2013 - August 17, 2013
Sold average sales prices increased 5.4% to $283,897 from $269,485 in 2012.
Current pendings = 4,401 pending listings with an average list price of $286,965. One year ago we had 3,851 pending sales with an average list price of $260,082. That is almost a 14.28% increase in the number of pending sales with a 10.34% increase in average list price.
