Pendings are up this week 7.71%
Solds are up 25.18%
Solds are up 25.18%
As for Average Prices: (compared to the same week in 2012)
For September 15, 2013 - September 21, 2013
Sold average sales prices increased 6.70% to $283,882 from $266,051 in 2012.
Current pendings = 3,785 pending listings with an average list price of $284,981. One year ago we had 3,547 pending sales with an average list price of $269,802. That is a 6.71% increase in the number of pending sales with 5.63% increase in average list price.
