New listings are up this week 17.83%
As for Average Prices: (compared to the same week in 2012)
Pendings are up this week 8.04%
Solds are down 4.19%

Sold average sales prices increased 1.98% to $279,040 from $273,632 in 2012.
Current pendings = 3,464 pending listings with an average list price of $292,553. One year ago we had 3,173 pending sales with an average list price of $262,919. That is a 9.17% increase in the number of pending sales with 11.27% increase in average list price.
