For October 6, 2013 - October 12, 2013
New listings are up this week 13.62%
Pendings are up this week 11.69%
Solds are up 2.85%
Solds are up 2.85%
As for Average Prices: (compared to the same week in 2012)
For October 6, 2013 - October 12, 2013
Sold average sales prices increased 5.99% to $270,807 from $255,500 in 2012.
Current pendings = 3,440 pending listings with an average list price of $290,454. One year ago we had 3,271 pending sales with an average list price of $267,477. That is a 5.17% increase in the number of pending sales with 8.59% increase in average list price.
