New listings are down 0.51% from 1 year ago.
Pendings are up this week 7.55%
Solds are down 9.39%
Solds are down 9.39%
As for Average Prices: (compared to the same week in 2013)
For March 9, 2014 - March 15, 2014
Sold average sales prices increased 5.34% to $292,085 from $277,290 in 2013.
Current pendings = 3,979 pending listings with an average list price of $311,148. That is a 7.51% decrease in the number of pendings and a 7.94% increase in the average price. In 2013 we had 4,302 pendings with an average list price of $288,254.
