Pendings are down this week 8.74%
Solds are down 3.78%
Solds are down 3.78%
As for Average Prices: (compared to the same week in 2013)
For January 26, 2014 - February 1, 2014
Sold average sales prices increased 6.61% to $269,956 from $253,223 in 2013.
Current pendings = 3,176 pending listings with an average list price of $304,088. That is a 3.02% increase in the number of pendings and a 14.65% increase in the average price. In 2013 we had 3,275 pendings with an average list price of $265,224.
