Pendings are up this week 3.53%
Solds are up 24.71%

As for Average Prices: (compared to the same week in 2013)
For February 16, 2014 - February 22, 2014
Sold average sales prices increased 5.23% to $297,676 from $282,886 in 2013.
Current pendings = 3,584 pending listings with an average list price of $310,865. That is a 9.68% decrease in the number of pendings and a 11.51% increase in the average price. In 2013 we had 3,968 pendings with an average list price of $278,779.
