New listings are up 5.04% from 1 year ago.
As for Average Prices: (compared to the same week in 2013)
Pendings are up this week 4.19%
Solds are up 34.30%

Sold average sales prices
increased 5.84% to $274,176 from $259,052 in 2013.
Current pendings = 3,395 pending listings with an average list price of $307,043. That is a 5.90% increase in the number of pendings and a 13.20% increase in the average price. In 2013 we had 3,608 pendings with an average list price of $271,249.
