As stated in the report released by Knock last November 30, a home finance technology company, Austin ranked #4 in the Top 10 Buyers’ Markets in America, with a number of homes sold 1,859, a median sale price of $474,990, and an average sale or ask price or 97.30%.
To get the result of this study, Knock collected data from the largest and most active metropolitan areas and measured the average sale or ask price, the number of homes sold, active listings, median sale price, and days on market.
