Austin Ranked #4 in Emerging Trends in Real Estate

Experts predicted that real estate markets would begin to normalize and have the best opportunities in the coming year.  Emerging Trends in Real Estate report is an annual industry outlook for real estate, development trends, and capital markets conducted by The Urban Land Institute (ULI) and PWC. The report says Austin ranked #4 in Overall Real Estate Prospects and is still one of the hottest real estate markets in the U.S. as we approach 2023. According to ULI and PWC, "the result was based on the interviews and responses from the leaders across the real estate sector such as investors, developers, lenders, brokers, consultants, and fund managers."
