Outside Magazine Names Austin As One of the Top Ten Big Cities For Active Families

Outside magazine looked at the following to determine what big cities are best for active families:  cities where a high percentage of the population is under age 18, affordability, health, and access to large urban parks, trail networks, waterways, ski mountains, and other wild spaces. Any city that scored high on all of the above inevitably supports a community of active families who value outdoor play above all else. Of course, Austin was named one of the top ten big cities!
