Austin Is The U.S. City Gaining The Most Workers

The U.S. economy is forecast to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. LinkedIn's vision of the monthly Workforce Report is to make economic opportunities for every member of the global workforce. More than 176 million workers in the U.S. have LinkedIn profiles, and over 97,000 companies use LinkedIn to recruit. It has two sections: National and City Section. 

In Localized Employment Trends in 20 Largest U.S. Metropolitan areas, Austin gained the most workers of 128.95 in the last 12 months from San Francisco Bay Area, CA, Los Angeles, CA, and New York City. The hiring rate was 0.7% higher in August 2021 and was 34.3% higher than last year, August 2020. This report was from every 10,000 LinkedIn members who changed their profiles' location.
