Year after year Austin is chosen by various websites and news outlets for being one of the nation's top real estate markets. Once again Austin is chosen, and this time it's Trulia giving Austin the accolades. We think Austin should have grabbed the top spot in this recent prediction, as we are seeing multiple properties and homes for sale in Austin going under contract in hours and not days.
