Austin-based Windshield Repair Company Offers Free Repairs When Broken To Save Distressed Dogs
The Texas heat is going up and so are the numbers of animals left in vehicles unattended. Jeremy Driscoll, the owner of JRD Windshield Repair, decided to use his skills to make a difference by offering free car window replacement and installation to anyone who breaks a vehicle’s window to save an animal in distress.
The state Good Samaritan law protects anyone who breaks a car window to save a child, but Texas does not protect against those attempting to save animals. Driscoll decided to take a stand as well as make a point that furry family members are important too. Way to go Jeremy!
JRD is located at 2105 S. Congress Ave., Building 2, Austin, and is open Mon- Fri 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
